In the program, Richard Corrigan will be travelling the country finding out what’s happening in food growing circles. Naturally, Trevor’s garden was a must-visit destination. Not only is Trevor Minister of State with responsibility for Food and Horticulture but he’s a very keen food-grower himself.

Richard had lots to say about Trevor’s vegetables and even offered some interesting suggestions for cooking them. He left with a basket of freshly picked leeks and other fine vegetables.

The first program in the series, which will feature Trevor, will be on the air on RTE 1 on April 21st at 20:30.  Put that date in your diary now!
